David Becker is a trustee of global foundation Beyond Sport (www.beyondsport.org), an organisation which provides financial support and consulting advice to projects around the world which use sport as a tool for social change.

He is a trustee of the Lewis Pugh Foundation (www.lewispugh.com), working alongside UN Patron of the Oceans Lewis Pugh, and a co-founder of HIV-Aids charity Starfish. He co-created the Learning with Lucas educational project in Soweto with former Bafana Bafana captain Lucas Radebe. David served as a director of the Sports Industry Group in South Africa and presided as a judge for the annual Sports Industry Awards for several years running.

Matt Kemp is a former national rugby referee and Springbok water polo player. He now coaches water polo at various schools and provides pro bono advice.
